Description
The objective of the project is to develop an image analysis pipeline that reliably identifies induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) which exhibit a highly variable and challenging morphology. In order to enable the quantification of cell population dynamics, the scope of the project includes the development of a cell feature processing middleware, called HipDynamics (Github). Both processes will be integrated into the cellular phenotyping pipeline of the Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell Initiative (HIPSCI).
