To configure, deploy and be responsible for maintaining an instance of the RADAR-Base (radar-base.org) platform for the purposes of a new project ‘ADHD Remote Technology’ (ART), including active assessments (clinical symptom questionnaires and cognitive tasks).
To work with the Precision Health Informatics (phidatalab.org) group, part of the Centre for Translational Informatics (CTI) and Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC), working on the analysis of passive (e.g. sleep, activity) and active (e.g. questionnaires, cognitive tasks) data streams derived from smartphones and wearables collected as part of the ART project. Align with the team working on key projects include a large €25m EU project, for Remote Assessment of Disease and Relapse (RADAR-CNS.org) of approximately 1500 participants. Identify and apply appropriate methods, such as signal processing and deep learning, and collaborate with the relevant clinical teams (especially the SGDP Centre’s ADHD group) and BRC themes to e.g. identify signal predictors of outcomes and detect anomalies at both individual and populational level. Novel method development is encouraged where required.
