Title: Deep learning for Biotechnology

Abstract: Deep learning that recently enabled good understanding of spoken language such as in Alexa, recognition of friends in Facebook pictures, Google translate from different languages or surpassing human-level accuracy in object recognition found its way into biotechnology.

I want to cover history of deep learning, evolution of hardware for it, give you intuitive explanation of key algorithms and describe areas in biotechnology that benefited or soon will benefit from this technology
